Marty Niles, President and CEO
Marty is the founder and driving force of Cantega. He is focused primarily on product and business development, as well as providing technical support to the 3M Marketing team.

Marty is a senior power lineman with over 25 years' contractor and utility experience in construction, operations, and maintenance at both transmission and distribution voltages, including extensive live line experience.

Keith Yeats, Vice President, Product & Technical Support
Keith is focused primarily on technical support, standards, training, and safety.

He is a power lineman with over 20 years' experience in the power delivery industry. Most recently, Keith was a Live Line Technical Specialist with FortisAlberta, where he developed and delivered live line training for Fortis staff and outside contractors, as well as assessing and coaching crews in working principles, procedures, and safety rules.

Keith has an Electrical Engineering Technology Diploma (Honors) from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.

Leo Morin, Director, Operations
Leo manages Cantega's manufacturing and warehousing operations, and plays key roles in new product development and productivity improvement.

Leo is a power lineman with over 30 years' unique and diversified experience, including power system operations, wildlife outage prevention, and polymer fabrication.

Benna Michaels, Director, Information Technology and Management
Benna is responsible for developing Cantega’s technical documentation and for developing and coordinating the company's information management systems.

Benna has engineering experience both in the field and as a research engineer at the University of BC, where she was on staff. Her experience in technical writing and document systems development includes eight years as the owner of Bennaco: The Technical Writers, an Edmonton-based technical writing company. Benna has an honours degree in Mining & Mineral Process Engineering from the University of BC.
