Cantega manufactures a varied line of insulator and lightning arrestor covers, including post insulator covers. All insulator covers and lightning arrestor covers are:
- Solid polyurethane covers that provide a physical and dielectric barrier to animal contact
- Field trimmable. If measurements are known, covers can be pre-trimmed to reduce installation time and manpower needs.
- Easily removed for system maintenance
- Fully reusable
All Greenjacket Insulator Covers and Lighting Arrestor Covers that use fasteners are pre-drilled with fastener holes for rapid, easy installation. Covers use a simple push-style fastener that needs no special tools and can be easily cut off for system maintenance.
Many of these covers incorporate expansion joints and/or clamshell designs for easy installation. All covers are fully reusable.
